GMP is a basic guideline for industries related to food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and medical equipment that aims to improve the quality of products especially related to the safety and safety of consumers of product users.

Understanding of GMP
GMP is abbreviation of Good Manufacturing Practices or in Indonesian referred as “Cara Produksi Makanan yang Baik or CPMB” which defined as a guideline that made to ensure the quality, feasibility, and safety of product are met consistently in accordance with the requirements that have been determined.

GMP is basic requirement (minimum requirement) that must be fulfilled by food industry to produce quality products, safety and feasibility consistently. In addition GMP is the basic foundation to implement of any other system like HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, IFS or SQF.

The basic principles of GMP is quality and safety of product can not be generated by only through product testing (inspection and checking).
